Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. You may also change text & give us your required measurements. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We DO NOT store any credit card details in anyway. When taking payment via phone, you details are inputted as you tell us, into a virtual terminal (Paypal pro) we do not hold/store your details in anyway.

We accept PayPal Pro for online payment. All transactions are in pounds sterling (£). Payment of the price of an order must be received by us and cleared before despatch of your goods.- If you would prefer not to pay via PayPal Pro you can you are still able to choose the goods you require using our shopping cart facility. At checkout you simply choose your preferred payment option: Payment by PayPal Pro, Cheque. Payment may be made by personal cheque using our shopping cart facility. Following checkout simply write to us at “ARTVERTISE 301 Fairfax Drive, Westcliff-on-Sea, Essex SS09GG” quoting your Order ID and enclosing a sterling pound cheque drawn on a UK bank account made payable to "ARTVERTISE". Please ensure that you write your name, address and order ID on the reverse of the cheque. Please note that Goods will not be despatched until payment by personal cheque has cleared.

Board Size(s)
ALL boards are hand-made and made to order, we cannot guarantee that the boards will be cut the exact size that is required *this is due to the cutting equipment and blade that we use, the boards can be a few (mm) out on each side that is cut.
If you purchase more than one board of any kind. we cannot guarantee that every board will be cut to the same size, (*as above)
Delivery
You item is normally sent out within 2-5 working days of order, and the item can take up to 6 working days for delivery, if you require the chalkboard urgently please contact us to make us aware, as we may be a able to send the item sooner, and offer a faster delivery service (at an extra charge)

Returns Policy
We offer a 7-day returns policy. If you are not completely satisfied with the product within 7 days, just return the product to us and we will amend the artwork accordingly. You will be liable for delivery.
If the item appears damaged DO NOT SIGN for the delivery as once signed for you are accepting the board in its current state.
We cannot guarantee that the board will be 100% as per image shown but we will be as close as possible, by paying for the item and selecting a specific style and also giving us details of your wording requirements, you are agreeing the board will be acceptable, unless damaged in the post, but you must NOT sign for the item if that is the case.
If you have signed for the item and it appears damaged you can return the item but there is a 25% fee and you will also be liable for delivery both ways.
A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. No refund after (7) days! *Some restrictions and limitations may apply.
